Shepherds' Vet Centre

Comberton Hill, Kidderminster DY10 1QH, UK – 01562 822986

Absolutely brilliant. We had an emergency. Our puppy was screaming, then shaking her head and trembling. We took our puppy to our usual vet, Companion Care, at circa 11.45 to be informed that no vet, or nurse, was available until the evening. We called Shepherds who saw her almost immediately after we arrived. Andrew, the vet, examined her and determined that she needed an anaesthetic to remove a grass seed deep in her ear. He carried out the procedure and we collected her mid afternoon. We have now changed our vet to Shepherds who recognised our puppies need and had staff available for an emergency. Thank you Andrew.

outstanding vets, very caring and compassionate. Only 5* treatment given and provide an excellent out of hours service. separate cat and dog areas, which makes a trip to the vets less stressful for our pets! and owners too!

Have been using companion care since they 1st opened. Can't fault the care our furry family members have received from them. Vets, nurses & reception team are all very friendly, professional & helpful, would definitely recommend.

Gavin is fantastic vet and because We live 20 miles away we have struggled to get to our appointment on time with road works and traffic but they have always been understand unfortunately this Sunday the reception we received from someone new I had not seen before was not very customer friendly she was to the point told us we had missed our appointment which we were 10minties late which I appolaised for and was told it would be a hour wait before they could fit me in I found this totally unfair has surely they allow at least half hour for appointment. I said thank you no we will go to the merry hill vet instead I will miss Gavin he made such fuss of our dogs lovely person it's a same I can not say this about the new receptionist needs customer service training.

These vets look after my two 4 month old kittens, they are kind and gentle with them both. The nurses there are also great. With offers on vaccination and flea and work treatments good value for money.

Wonderful vets and staff, always feel were in good hands whenever we visit.
