Hot food counter awful. Terrible customer service every time. Staff are always miserable and always waiting for 5-10 minutes. Rest of the store is fine With no problems

It was a quick visit to the store for a few items that were no longer available from my regular source. Did have a look around an notice competitive prices on display noted poor service at the attended counters

I visit at least once a week for a medium skinny latte and some granary toast, or a fruit cooler, should the sun giving us a rare glimpse. All the staff know....I like my coffee extra hot and maybe a ginger biscuit or two on occasion. The staff are friendly...well, after nearly 3 years they're almost family😀. It gets very busy but we always manage to find a seat and I can't see us staying away anytime soon.
