The doctors and nurses are excellent, especially dr cockrell, they always listen to what you have to say and go the extra mile to see whats behind your pain, problem or symptoms.... 👍 can't ask for anything more.
We should like to thank Dr. Cockrell and District Nursing team for all the kindness and care shown to my husband Tom during his illness. We couldn't have had him home without you, Your friendly smiles brightened up his day..My family will always be grateful for all your support. A huge thank you 😊 Kind regards Margaret and Lesley

Just want to say a huge thank you to Dr Jenkins, Gill the receptionist and the secretary for all there help and understanding yesterday, it was very much appreciated. Thank you all very much
I have a lot of visits to the doctors l find them very good also the nursing staff are brilliant but before you can get to those you have to get through reception interrogation you then get through and have to listen to a load of stuff then when you get to speak to some one they say sorry you have to ring on the day see if they have a appointment for you and that's after ringing for half hour or more trying to get through then they turn round and say sorry got nothing till end of week you can't win l think its disgusting

Getting through on the phone is near impossible and so I use the online patient access service which is pretty good. The service I've had from reception has been hit and miss, some staff are lovely others are in the wrong job. The nurses are fantastic here and I've no complaints whatsoever. The doctors are mostly fine- I have my favourites, Dr Blanchard and Dr Jackson are excellent - the others I've seen are not particularly helpful. It's better now that you can gain access from the car park as having to walk around the building to get in is inconvenient. Whoever drew up the plans for this building must have hit their head.
